Thierry and his daughter Julie co-founded their namesake brand in 2015, driven by a shared passion for the food industry and an unwavering commitment to quality.

High Quality Confections:
We make fresh macarons and chocolates daily, using French techniques and adapting to the American palate.
Starting from scratch, we grind almonds to make fresh almond flour for our macarons, and we make ganaches and jams using fresh ingredients.


Personalization:
We offer the option to personalize our macarons with your logo and design using edible ink.
