Each recipe has been elaborated with time to find the perfect balance between taste and texture.

OUR COMMITMENT:
We make fresh macarons and chocolates daily, using French techniques and adapting to the American palate.
Our goal is to provide authentic flavors of what French macarons and chocolates taste like.
Starting from scratch, we grind our almonds to make fresh almond flour for our macarons and we make our ganaches and jams for both our chocolates and macarons.
We do not use any preservatives in our production process.
